"My whole life, I've struggled with weight issues. After the birth of my second child, I tipped the scale at nearly 200 pounds, overweight and doing my best to hide it under big, baggy clothing.
I quickly realized my body wasn't going to bounce back the way it did after my first child. I found myself struggling to find the time to workout while juggling the roles of business owner, wife, and mother. Then I remembered my mom's advice. For me to be my best for my family, I had to look and feel great about myself. So I committed to getting my body and self-confidence back."
